"whole body pain"

55yr old female cc: right hand CTS around PC7, neck pain along GB UB SI Low back painUB line, left thigh and calf pain along UB/ headache along UB (mostly left side)

s/s: patient suffers from anxiety and insomnia. she can't fall asleep. prefers warmth over coldness/heavy feeling in whole body 24/7 sl dizziness which is worse when she stands up fast/ freq passes gas / tired all the time / constipated/ hemorrhoid/ SOB / palpitation/ blood pressure is high/ likes to drink cool temperature water little by little/ urine=sl yellow freq at night / no skin problems/ sl bloated stomache after meal

neck and back pain is worse with damp weather

medical history: heart attack 2008 hysterectomy a few yrs ago (since then hot flashes at night along with night sweat)

TX: GB 43 + LI 1 - w/o any significant improvement

then UB 66 - SI2- (thigh/neck/back better!)
GB 41 + (calf pain better)
SI3 (neck/back better)
all improved except for right wrist

what herbal formula should be good for her? her main complain is her neck and back pain. should I treat LV and HT meridian as well?
