arthritis in knee for yrs

40 yr old female came to my office due to chronic left knee pain due to osteo-arthritis for years. Her knee feels hot to touch and swollen all the time. she experiences the worst pain when she is walking up and down the stairs.

other signs and symptoms
palpitation upon stress, insomina, abdomenial distention, gas and bloating in stomach, anxiety and stress, stomach acid, psoriasis in right knee and leg, good appetite

after 30 min patient states she has less pain and she can flex her knee about 30% more.
