Esophagus Burn

A lady in early 30s came in due to her low back pain.  After acupuncture treatment was done she asked if acupuncture can work for her pain in her throat. She ate something really hot (boiling hot) last night and it burned her throat and she feels burning/sharp pain when she swallows food or drinks liquid.

According to classic texts, esophagus is connected to SJ and PC acupuncture meridians.  SJ 6 with reducing technique was done and pain was reduced about 60% according to the patient.

She called the very next day and told me throat feels about 70% better but she didn't come back for another visit...perhaps she didn't need it.
