Reynaud's disease/fibromyalgia for yrs

40 yr old female. cc. pain in upper back and Reynaud's disease for yrs

s/s: cold hands and feet, insomnia, palpitation, sweaty (slight) hands and feet with anxiety, frequent passing gas, frequent urination, neck pain and upper back pain and spasms at times, anxiety and stress, thin body type and skin looks like it doesnt have moisture or oil... looks very dry, anxiety and nervous look.

indigestion problems cold hands and feet bloating after meal, no st distention, low appetite, ren 14 and ren 12 ren 4 6 pain when pressed, itchy ears and skin, borborygmus, loose stool, viginal discharge think sl yellow, slightly dark circles around eyes

patient states her sleep and palpition digestion raynoids and pain and itchiness borborygmus along with vaginal discharge improved significantly.
