50 yr old female patient. cc severe right knee pain for 3 month. she didnt have any accidents but she got up with it.
s/s anxiety palpitation without any other s/s she is slightly heavy
whole joint is painful rom is slightly limited. pain is induced at the end of flex and ext of right knee with sharp pain.
tx: dahm point in middle finger (master tongs points)
rom improved about 30 %
