50 yr old female patient came to my office due to severe pain in neck for 6 months. According to her pain started after a series of dentist visits.
She has lots of stress at work and chronic indigestion problems (gas and bloating in the stomach)
Her body is thin. She suffers from chronic fatigue along with cold hands and feet. Due to her neck pain she has difficulty rotating her neck side to side and up and down.
Other signs/symptoms are dry lips, whole body ache with cold weather, frequent urination during the day.
Diagnosis: Spleen SI deficiency
Treatment: Liver 1 Spleen 1 reducing tech.
Pain disappeared completely after 1 treatment.

frozen shoulder for 3 yrs
71 yr old female
cc: left frozen shoulder for 3 yrs. ROM restricted. upon exam she had to pick up her left hand using her right hand to move it.
pain is not related to weather. patient is slight heavy. she wakes up to urinate at night. no digestion problems. pain in low back.
tx: bleed same side LU 5 point
then she could move her shoulder 20 degrees in all angles.
shen quan. pain and rom improved about 50 %
(kidney deficient type frozen shoulder)

post stroke symptoms
50 yr old male cc weekness in right leg for yrs.
his right arm and leg is affected due to stroke including speech. overall, right side is stiff and very weak according to patient.
tx: ba guan 3/4. - mater tung point located on the dorsum of middle finger about 1 cun proximal to the dam points.
after40 min he says it improved about 50%. (just his right leg.)

burning sensation in the vagina for wks
60 yr old female cc burning sensation of her vagina for wks.
she often has abdominal distention with good appetite. slight heavy body type. dark circles under her eyes. left knee pain which is not affected by weather. hands and feet are not cold. she is under stress and anxiety but she doesnt look like a "liver type" person.
she wakes up once every night to urinate.
left knee pain is located around sp 9 and liver 8 and along liver channel from knee to thigh.
she worries a lot. no lung s/s.
dx: sp excess and kd def.
tx: sp 3 -
immediately she feels the cooling sensation in the vagina and knee pain improved about 80% according to the patient.

60 yr old male cc: left medial knee pain for wks. there is no injury but he exercises daily including yoga.
knee pain is worse when he medially rotate his knee. Pain is located along the line connecting inner eye (opp of st 35) and lv 8.
tx: mater tung;s dam point (since point is on the medial side) i tried medial point of the two which is closer to the thumb.
pain disappeared 100%.
according to his doctor pain was due to miniscus tear
