itchy painful bug bites lasting for almost 2 months post menopausal syndrome

65 year old female patient came to my office because of post menopausal symptoms
such as hot flashes day and night and sweating at night resulting in poor sleep quality
she also experiences itchiness and moderate pain due to bug bites (mosquitoes and flies) which she believes she got them when she went to a beach about 2 months ago. they are purplish red and approx 0.25~0.75 inches in diameter.
