"whole body pain"

55yr old female cc: right hand CTS around PC7, neck pain along GB UB SI Low back painUB line, left thigh and calf pain along UB/ headache along UB (mostly left side)

s/s: patient suffers from anxiety and insomnia. she can't fall asleep. prefers warmth over coldness/heavy feeling in whole body 24/7 sl dizziness which is worse when she stands up fast/ freq passes gas / tired all the time / constipated/ hemorrhoid/ SOB / palpitation/ blood pressure is high/ likes to drink cool temperature water little by little/ urine=sl yellow freq at night / no skin problems/ sl bloated stomache after meal

neck and back pain is worse with damp weather

medical history: heart attack 2008 hysterectomy a few yrs ago (since then hot flashes at night along with night sweat)

TX: GB 43 + LI 1 - w/o any significant improvement

then UB 66 - SI2- (thigh/neck/back better!)
GB 41 + (calf pain better)
SI3 (neck/back better)
all improved except for right wrist

what herbal formula should be good for her? her main complain is her neck and back pain. should I treat LV and HT meridian as well?

Redness on face

male patient(early 50 yr old sl.heavy) ame to my office complaing of numbness in both arms and hands for 3 months. it started in his left arm/hand then recently right arm/hand got worse. there is no pain but numbness on occasions. right pinky and ring fingers are very numb.
upon exam, cervical disc or muscle tenderness is negative. he consulted a MD and the doctor advised to have an x ray done for his arm and neck. patients complains of no neck pain.
s/s: excessive thirst for cold water RED FACE and palms. sl stuffiness in his chest (he also smokes about a pack daily) w/o palpitation. excessive sweating in hands and feet with anxiety and stress. urination/bowl movement is fine. appetite is fine. no digestion problems no st acid
no HTN or any medical problems.

his face was very red so was his palms. tx: sp 3 - (numbness gets better about 20% according to patients.) then kd 10 + HT3 + then HT 8 - (patient says there is "melting or thawing sensation" in his right arm and hand. then numbness is almost gone) he says he has to "fight" with his vendors and clients regarding money issues nowadays due to current economic crisis.

Herbs: dao chi san modified

second tx HT 8 - KD 10 +

Third tx: same as above. patient says numbness and tingling sensation is almost gone.

numbness after surgery 2 cases

2 patients came to my office complaining of numbness in skin after surgery (breat cancer/ankle surgery)

skin is numb to touch and dull 10 months after the surgery without any pain.

tx: sp 3 + LI 11 - SJ 5 - they said they feel warmth around the operated area. so far about 80 % of the skin sensation is back after two treatments.
