30 yr old female patient says she suffers from severe TMJ pain. she never had this problem and it started with her current pregnancy. she is 4month pregnant and healthy.
s/s: constant severe neck and upper back pain, right side jaw pain all these pain causes migraine headache bilaterally a few times a wk.
no palpitation no urination issues
contipation which is worse with stress. slight indigestion problems (gas)
bleeding gum without thirst
tired
dizzy when she stands up fast blurry vision
no red eyes or heat sensation in the neck or upper back area.
tx: KD 10 LV 8 +
patient says she feels a lot better
2nd visit
no more jaw pain but she asked if asthma can be treated by acupuncture
tx: LU 8 -
her SOB calmed down.
