Lateral/Medical Epicondylitis and pain in all ligaments for years

45 year old thin lady came to my office due to pain "all over her body" for years. the worst pain is located in right elbow (medial/lateral epicondylitis according to her orthopedic doctor) and inside of her knee (medical collateral ligament of her right knee)

Recently because pain escalated too high she saw her doctor and received a cortisone shot in her elbow but there was no improvement. EMG was performed for right upper extremity.

Other signs and symptoms:
anemic, pale face, cold hands, blurry vision, dizziness when she stands up too quickly (head rush), occasionally waking up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom (to urinate), weakness in all arms and legs but esp in her right arm she can't even hold a cup in her hand. chronic constapation
gnawing pain after meals in her stomach. history of cyst in ovaries. palpitation.

Treatment

LV1+ KD 10-   (about 60% of pain disappeared)

ShinGuan added for numbness and tingling feeling due to EMG

According to classic texts liver channel and organ is related to ligaments.
