40 yr old female cc low back pain for 2 yrs
ss: auto accident yrs ago, upon palpation du and hou tou point at L5 and S1 are painful. radiation across low back, painful hip both sides upon pressure, worse pain after sitting for a while, pain gets worse with standing and sitting for a long period of time other ss are negative.
tx: zou gu and gb 30 opposite side
after tx, no more radiating pain and walking is fine.
