uterine prolapse case

tall thin female patient in her early 70s came to my office complaining of discomfort (rarely pain) in her uterus (cervix) area due to uterine prolapse. it comes and goes. it is worse after physical activity such as walking for one hour. she had an operation to lift her uterus but it came back within 3 months.

s/s: frequent urine (every hr), ringing in right ear, "weak stomache"; indigestion after overeating, or drinking coffee or spicy food) low appetite, cold sensation above the navel, hemorrhoids, vertex / temple headache on occations, history of paralysis of her tongue a few yrs ago now it is ok.

Text Book suggested LI 4 - SP 6 + but I wanted to try to tonify Spleen

Tx: LV 1 SP 1 - SP 2 HT 8 +

herbs: Bu zhong Yi qi Tang

immediately after tx, she felt better and did not feel the discomfort. so far she came 10 time over 2 months. most of the time she does not feel it except after a really physically laboring day
her digestion has improved significantly along with her complextion (from dull yellowish to bright) urination problem is still the same.
