Complex Headache

patient came to my office complaining of acute headache. headache is located near UB 1 and UB 2 taiyang points bilaterally along with occipital area. she always had sinus headache (UB 1 2 area) but tai yang and occipital headache is something new -- they came after her recent miscarriage.
her height and weight is average she does not have any accidents or injuries to her neck or head.

s/s: dissiness when she stands up from sitting position/sl cold body temp./ sinus allergies (dust)/ feel uncomfortable pressure in the ear/ she has been feeling nervous and anxious since miscarriage/ palpitations/ neck stiffness

tx: si ma all three points bilaterally --> UB 1 UB 2 headache is gone.

2nd visit: same tx as the first visit

3rd visit: sinus headache is gone but still she suffers from occipital and taiyang headache. LV 8 KD 10 + neck pain is better along with taiyang and occipital headache.

4 th visit: her mood is much better. overall headache is much better.
LV 8 KD 10 + again (miscarriage leading to LV deficiency)
