chronic neck pain

50 yr old female thin patient came in complaining of severe neck and upper back pain for 3 wks. she suffered from neck pain for the last 3 yrs or so but it became worse for the last 3 wks. her work is physical and laboring. pain is worse towards the end of the day. GB 21 and SI 11 are tender bilaterally. slightly worse with stress.

s/s: chronic digestion problems low appetite gatritis frequent urination without urgency, heavy feeling in whole body, slight weakness in all limbs, occational calf pain, headache in GB and UB channels in head, varicose veins in both legs, nausea and belching, epigastric distention after meal, always tired, painful/red eys with stress, body temperature is cold, prefers summer, PMS-(LBP) heavy bleeding for the first three days, stuffiness in chest with stress.

pressure and tenderness in ST 25 Left side, Ren 10 and 12 and 4 area.

history of hepatitis.

LV SP SI GB...?

TX: LV 1 SP 1 - stomache feels much better but neck pain stays the same.

SI 3 + GB 41 + neck and upper back pain is better about 50%
